1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Design Zone's restaurant QR ordering system ("Service"), operated by Doleswar Rana, located at Junagarh, Odisha, India - 766014, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Design Zone provides a QR code-based ordering system for restaurants that enables:

• QR code generation for restaurant tables
• Digital menu management and display
• Order processing and management
• WhatsApp integration for kitchen notifications
• Payment processing through integrated gateways

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer a lineup of plans tailored for every restaurant stage:

• Free Trial ₹0 – 7 days access, up to 200 orders; try everything before you commit.
• Starter ₹999 – 30 days, 4,000 orders, and support for 10 tables; ideal for small restaurant owners.
• Basic ₹1,999 – 30 days, 5,000 orders with all features included.
• Premium ₹2,999 – 30 days, unlimited orders for larger groups.

Starter (₹999) is our recommended small-restaurant bundle with 10 tables and 4,000 orders per 30-day cycle.

Plan details, pricing, and feature sets are subject to change, but we will notify you before any material change takes effect.

4.2 Payment Terms

• All payments must be made through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay)
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• No hidden charges, GST, or commission fees
• Important: All payments are final and non-refundable. Once activated, no refunds will be provided. See Refund Policy (Section 11) for details.

4.3 Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.

5. Use of Service

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to spam or harass others
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Design Zone and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your restaurant data, menu items, and logos. By using our Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data to provide the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding data collection and usage.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available 100% of the time. We may experience downtime due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• System updates
• Unforeseen technical issues
• Force majeure events

We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from service unavailability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Design Zone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• All data may be deleted (subject to our data retention policy)
• You will not be entitled to any refund for unused subscription periods

11. Refund and Cancellation Policy

11.1 Free Trial (₹0)

The Free Trial is designed to give you a comprehensive trial experience. If you are not satisfied, simply do not purchase a paid subscription after the Free Trial expires.

11.2 Paid Subscriptions (Basic & Premium)

We do NOT provide refunds for:

• Activated subscriptions (regardless of usage)
• Dissatisfaction with the service
• Early cancellation requests
• Unused subscription periods
• Change of mind after purchase
• Technical issues (we provide free support to resolve them)
• Service downtime (we strive for 99% uptime)
• Feature requests not yet available
• Any other reason whatsoever

11.3 Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. However, please note:

• Cancellation does not mean refund: Cancelling your subscription will stop automatic renewal for the next billing cycle
• Current subscription continues: You will continue to have access until the end of your current paid period
• No refund for remaining days: If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days
• Not satisfied? If you don't like our service, simply cancel and do not renew. You won't be charged for the next cycle

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
