Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial (₹0)

Our Free Trial is completely free for 7 days with 200 orders limit. This allows you to test our service before purchasing a paid subscription.

Once you purchase and activate the Free Trial, NO REFUNDS will be provided under any circumstances, regardless of:

• Whether you used the service or not
• Technical issues (we provide support to resolve them)
• Change of mind after purchase
• Early cancellation
• Dissatisfaction with the service

The Free Trial is designed to give you a comprehensive trial experience. If you are not satisfied, simply do not purchase a paid subscription after the Free Trial expires.

2. Paid Subscriptions

NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED for any paid subscription (Starter ₹999, Basic ₹1,999, or Premium ₹2,999) under any circumstances. All payments are final and non-refundable.

We do NOT provide refunds for:

• Activated subscriptions (regardless of usage)
• Dissatisfaction with the service
• Early cancellation requests
• Unused subscription periods
• Change of mind after purchase
• Technical issues (we provide free support to resolve them)
• Service downtime (we strive for 99% uptime)
• Feature requests not yet available
• Any other reason whatsoever

Important: Please use our Free Trial (₹0) to thoroughly test the service before purchasing a full subscription. Once payment is made, it cannot be refunded.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. However, please note:

• Cancellation does not mean refund: Cancelling your subscription will stop automatic renewal for the next billing cycle
• Current subscription continues: You will continue to have access until the end of your current paid period
• No refund for remaining days: If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days
