Complete step-by-step guide from signup to order completion
Click "Start Free Trial" on homepage → Fill restaurant details (name, email, phone, address, password) → Click "Sign Up"
Go to Settings → Fill restaurant details (name, WhatsApp, address) → Upload logo → Enter Business/Merchant UPI ID (important for payments) → Enable GST if needed → Click "Save Settings"
⚠️ Use only Business/Merchant UPI ID (not personal UPI). Get it from your bank or UPI app.
Go to Menu → Click "+ Add Category" (e.g., "Starters", "Main Course") → Select category → Click "+ Add Item" → Enter name, description, price, upload image → Click "Save Item" → Toggle availability ON/OFF for stock management
Go to Tables → Click "+ Add New Table" → Enter table number (e.g., "1", "2") → Click "Save" → Click on table card → Download QR code → Print and stick on table → Update table status (Available/Occupied) as needed
Orders: View orders in Dashboard → Click "Kitchen" to send order via WhatsApp → Click "Ready" when order is prepared → Customer gets notification
Billing: Go to Billing → Search by customer name → Click "Send WhatsApp" to send bill → Customer pays via UPI or Cash → Verify payment → Mark as "Completed"
• Use clear menu item names and good quality images
• Keep dashboard open on tablet/computer for real-time order management
• Update menu availability regularly (hide out of stock items)
• Use Kitchen WhatsApp numbers to send orders directly to kitchen
• Verify payments before marking orders as completed
• Print QR codes in good quality and protect with lamination
